I bought my domain somewhere else. Is that a problem?
Not at all. Your domain can stay where it is. We point it at your hosting with the right DNS records and keep your email working.
Will my email stop working when the site goes live?
It shouldn't, and we make sure it doesn't. Email depends on separate DNS records (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC). We document them before any change and keep them intact.
How long does it take?
Usually a few days from getting access, plus DNS propagation, which can take up to a day or two. We tell you before anything changes and confirm when it's live.
Do I need to pay for hosting?
Sometimes your builder includes it; sometimes a free tier is enough. We'll recommend the simplest option for your site and explain any cost before you sign up for anything.
