You had an idea, opened Bolt, Lovable, v0 or Replit, and vibe-coded your way to a working product. Maybe it took a weekend. Now there’s a waitlist, a launch date and a few people who want to try it. This is the moment when the stuff you skipped starts to matter: who can see what data, what happens if the site goes down at 2 a.m., and whether your launch post will show a proper preview or a blank box.
This page is for founders and small teams with an MVP that’s about to meet real users.
Where these sites usually break
AI builders are very good at the happy path. The gaps live in the edges.
- Auth that mostly works. Signup and login work in the preview, then password reset emails point to the wrong domain, or email confirmation is switched off and anyone can register with any address.
- Data privacy gaps. If your backend is Supabase, tables need Row Level Security policies or data can be readable. With other backends, the same question applies: can one user reach another user’s records?
- Secrets in the frontend. API keys for Stripe, OpenAI, Supabase’s service_role key and similar services must never be in browser code. If one was ever shipped there, it should be moved and rotated.
- No uptime monitoring. If the app goes down, you find out from a frustrated user, or not at all.
- No error monitoring. Errors that happen in users’ browsers are invisible to you unless something captures and reports them.
- Analytics without activation. Page views tell you about traffic. Activation, the moment a new user gets real value, tells you whether the product works.
- Waitlist forms that lose signups. A form that looks fine but doesn’t save or notify you can quietly throw away your earliest fans.
- SEO and Open Graph for launch day. Single-page apps often ship one generic title and description for every route, and link previews may show nothing useful when your launch post goes out.
The first hundred users are the ones you most want to keep. Protect their data before you ask for it.
What AftUp handles
We work in the codebase and services you already have. No rebuild.
- Auth and data review. We check signup, login and reset flows, and review database rules like Supabase RLS. See logins and accounts.
- Secrets cleanup. We find exposed keys, move them server-side and help you rotate them. See security and backups.
- Uptime and SSL monitoring. Around the clock, on every plan.
- Error reporting, on your plan hours. If you want an error-reporting tool, we can connect it using your monthly fix hours, so you see what’s breaking for users. See integrations.
- Activation analytics. GA4 events for signup, activation and key actions. See analytics.
- Waitlist forms that hold. We make sure every signup is saved and you’re notified. See forms and email.
- Launch-ready previews and SEO. Per-route titles, Open Graph tags and prerendering where it helps. See social previews.
- Getting live. On every plan, we get the product on its own domain in the first month. See launch help.
Which plan fits
Scale ($799/mo) fits most MVPs heading into launch. Founders iterate quickly, and up to six hours of fixes, changes and new pages each month, with same-day priority response, matches that pace. The quarterly strategy call helps you decide what to fix next. If you’re pre-launch with a simple landing page and waitlist, Growth at $299/mo is a sensible place to start.
